Refund policy

We want you to love your ALYA piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different colour or style where stock is available. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
